This December 3-4 Native Nation Events will hold its Sixth Annual Native American Leadership Forum West on the beautiful island of Oahu Hawaii.  This is an extremely unique forum that combines some of the most advanced leadership training available with networking opportunities that will last a lifetime.

Tribal Leaders, Board Members, Tribal Enterprise Executives and Industry Executives will gather for two days and learn battle-tested leadership skills from the best in areas of dealing with conflict, understanding culture, how to be a high performing coach, authentic leadership and transformational leadership.

This training will be a hands-on interactive accelerator that will allow participants to practice leadership thought and action in real time. You will walk away with the ability to leverage new ways of thinking, speaking and acting, and discover how that can have an enormous impact on productivity, profitability and overall effectiveness.

In addition to a great training by incredible coaches, on Tuesday we will end the training by meeting on the beach where we will set sail aboard a large Catamaran for a beautiful sunset cruise and beverage or two!

This training will be limited to the first 75 registrants and will sell out!

Registration is now closed.

“I’ve participated in team member rallies for over 20 years with my company, Caesars Entertainment. From time to time, we have guest speakers. Usually, we get a few comments from the team, such as, “nice speaker…thanks for having the speaker, etc.” But with Coach Jim Stroker, it was different. It has been over a week since we had Coach join us for our mid-year rally and I’m still getting favorable comments from the team. Coach spoke to the team about the 5 G’s …Gratitude, Good, Grit, Generosity, and Going for it. He has an amazing gift of storytelling in a way that connects the story to each member of his audience. His story becomes your story and your story his. The team left this rally inspired and ready to conquer the world, or at least our little slice of it. Thanks Coach!”
– Robert Livingston, Regional President and GM, Harrah’s Phoenix Ak-Chin Casino Resort
