This December 3-4 Native Nation Events will hold its Sixth Annual Native American Leadership Forum West on the beautiful island of Oahu Hawaii.  This is an extremely unique forum that combines some of the most advanced leadership training available with networking opportunities that will last a lifetime.

Tribal Leaders, Board Members, Tribal Enterprise Executives and Industry Executives will gather for two days and learn battle-tested leadership skills from the best in areas of dealing with conflict, understanding culture, how to be a high performing coach, authentic leadership and transformational leadership.

This training will be a hands-on interactive accelerator that will allow participants to practice leadership thought and action in real time. You will walk away with the ability to leverage new ways of thinking, speaking and acting, and discover how that can have an enormous impact on productivity, profitability and overall effectiveness.

In addition to a great training by incredible coaches, all participants will enjoy a Sunday evening welcome reception. On Monday we will all gather on the roof deck pool for a traditional Luau with live entertainment, and on Tuesday we will end the training by meeting on the beach where we will all set sail aboard two large Catamarans for a beautiful sunset cruise and beverage or two!
