For 35 years, 501c Services has been assisting select employers manage their unemployment costs outside of the State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) program. By law, Tribal Corporations are one of three groups of employers that are allowed to provide unemployment benefits to separated employees outside of State-run programs. With proper management of unemployment risk and expenses, qualified employers can save upwards of 40%.
