Slot Floor Monitor System…  Why it Makes Sense for Your Business

CIS Technology is pleased to offer the Apache Casino Hotel our Slot Floor Monitoring System (SFMS) for a trial period of 30 days.  If after the 30 days, the system does not perform to your satisfaction, simply uninstall it and you pay nothing for the software.  We are willing to make this offer because we at CIS are confident in the system’s ability to increase your customer service levels and staff efficiency.  The total cost to you for the trial is a $9,900 implementation fee plus travel & lodging expenses required for installation & training.

The SFMS offers an unparalleled combination of real-time visibility into your customer service on the slot floor along with historical management reporting.  Our unique approach improves customer service and staff efficiency immediately, measures and reports those improvements, and allows you to manage your slot floor proactively and more effectively.  With the SFMS, you can expect immediate results through:

  • Return on Investment – A Casino with 1300 slots experienced an ROI greater than $750,000 for 2005.
  • Enhanced customer service by reducing customer wait times
  • Improved Slot Machine “up” time through faster response to events
  • Improved Slot Floor staff utilization
  • Increased Individual staff efficiency
  • Increased visibility into slot floor activity
  • Better planning of slot floor staffing based on performance targets
  • Improved Food & Beverage Revenues

The key to the SFMS’ ability is its link directly into the slot floor events.  The SFMS organizes, prioritizes and reports those events in real-time, allowing you to immediately direct your staff where customers need service.  The SFMS then continues monitoring those events to ensure they are handled in a timely manner.  If events exceed the threshold you define for acceptable customer service response, the system will re-alert the event for escalation.

The reporting feature of the SFMS allows you to accurately portray your customer service times, event volume, staffing levels, and staffing activity.  This approach allows you to get the broader operational view of your business while working to achieve your customer service goals.

With the sophisticated event monitoring and tracking provided by the SFMS, you now have the tools you need to improve customer service, save on labor costs, and generate more revenue from your existing slot assets.  Depending on your environment, we have found that the Slot Floor Management System will pay for itself within the first 3 to 5 months – and usually much sooner.
