CIS Technology, Inc.

CIS Technology, a privately held corporation based in Reno, Nevada has been providing a suite of products specifically designed to provide service solutions to casino operations since 1988. In our 28 years of operation we have partnered and maintained relationships with over 100 casino operations in 17 states. Our client base includes commercial, tribal and corporate casinos ranging in size form 350 slot units to 8800 slot units. As “Built by Customer Request” is our guiding principal, CIS products provide value to casino operations of all shapes and sizes.

The cornerstone of the CIS product suite is the Slot Floor Monitor System or SFMS. Designed specifically as a slot service event notification and dispatch tool, SFMS has evolved and offers a Mobile/Wireless platform, a floor staff management component, a VIP/Host notification component and a Patron Services module that offers the same notification concepts to other areas of the casino operation. As the SFMS was designed by customer request, the product and its related modules are unique in their effectiveness toward improving service on casino floors. SFMS also has a strong reputation with its partners related to reliability, training and support.

Ranging in size from 350 games up to 8800 games, we have implemented, trained, supported and enhanced the CIS products to meet the operational and technical needs of our many clients. “Enhanced through Customer Request” is our guiding principle. Through our unfailing commitment to enhancing the SFMS to meet our customer needs the CIS suite has grown into a full featured array of modules providing exactly what is needed for Customer Service on the slot floor.

In 2016, CIS Technology expanded its product offering to include the Technician Information Management System or TIMS. TIMS was designed at the request of our partners that were looking for a solution to better manage their Slot Repair/Performance operations. In addition to a complete work order management process, TIMS offers insight and the ability to improve the overall function of slot machines. Casinos that have deployed TIMS have not only achieved positive results managing the slot repair work flow, but have experience improved machine function from the guest experience perspective. Additionally, casino operators have used the reports available in TIMS to optimize their Slot Repair staffing.

CIS products work with any gaming system and are currently deployed at casinos running: ATI/Oasis, IGT/Advantage, Bally/SDS, Bally ACSC and Konami/SYNKROS. About half of CIS clients employ SFMS via our Mobile/Wireless platform. CIS has, by far, the widest distribution of slot operation service systems in the industry.
