GITW Benefits

Since 2008, GITW Benefits has specialized in partnering with Sovereign Nations across the country to establish strong Voluntary Employee Benefit solutions. We serve nearly 85 Tribes and 300 payroll and HR departments with a dedicated team of leaders, supported by a caring, highly professional administrative staff that are always available to serve. GITW understands the challenges of this new “Virtual World” we live in, and we excel at helping both the employer and the employees navigate their benefits options.

The foundation of GITW was built on providing federal BIA & IHS employees with an important part of their life insurance portfolio through Globe Life And Accident – ESD. The Globe Life insurance offering is unique to the federal market and was expanded under GITW to include the Sovereign Nations and their enterprises.

Today, GITW offers a full line of voluntary benefits that fill the gaps in an employee’s base benefits, available through both virtual and on-site enrollments. Our programs can help educate employees about their benefits and provide additional coverage to suit their lifestyle and protect their families by using only the highest quality insurance carriers and products.

The GITW difference is all about Quality, Service and Care.
