Vision Care Direct

Vision Care Direct (VCD) works with Tribes to provide Wellness, Prevention, Vision Plans, Self-Funding, and Sponsorship Programs. Prevention and Early Detection can not only save money but provide substantial ROI’s for money invested in programs. Our diabetes detection detects those at risk. That is only the beginning of what our VCD Wellness & Prevention Programs can do to lower health care costs. There is even more to VCD than just saving money and lives.
For Diabetes. Our diabetes technology detects the risk, our doctors check for tissue damage inside the eye and then alert the patient’s primary care physician, then captures in the information through claims processing.
For Hypertension. Our provider offices capture BMI, Blood Pressure, and Heart Rate. Then check for tissue damage inside the eye. Again, we alert the primary care physician and capture the data.
Additional, our internal eye exams can detect cancer, hormone imbalances, elevated cholesterol, neuropathy, macular degeneration, and other systemic degenerative diseases. Our doctors are experience and have the necessary diagnostic equipment.
VCD Wellness and Preventative module is ideal for Self-Funded employers. VCD offers an array of Vision Plan Products that can fit any need. Our claims system is so versatile that we have been able to align with any TPA.
VCD is an ideal fit for Wellness, Preventative, Vision Plans, Self-Funding and Sponsorship Programs.
